Make your own business cards.
There are so many possibilities using these basic steps. Just make sure to do the majority of your painting, and let completely dry, before printing your information on the cards. If you attempt to paint the cards after the’ve been printed the text will likely bleed.
Purchase matte business card stock from an office supply store.
Tape down the edges of the paper to a smooth non-porous surface with painters tape before you start painting.
Lightly paint the surface of the card stock, and let dry completely before removing the tape.
Once the cards are dry remove the tape, and print your info on the sheet of cards using a Word template, and your home printer.
And that pretty much is it! Add the finishing touches, such as metallic paint, or collage, and you end up with unique individualized cards to hand out to potential clients and friends.
